| A: | We are an independent organization with over
500 hotel partners. Therefore, we are able to arrange your
accomodation on top of providing you the most excelllent
conference rooms.

| Q: | What kind of payments do you accept? |
| A: | We accept Cash, Travellers cheques
in Pounds, Bankers Draft, Money Order, VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS,
some debit cards like VISA DELTA, SWITCH, SOLO and JCB. We can also accept
Company Cheques providing payment is done 21 days
before its due (Please discuss it with the booking manager).

| Q: | How do I make a booking? |

| Q: | How far in advance should rooms be booked? |
| A: | We do not have a time limit for booking.
Nevertheless, it is best to book as soon as possible to ensure that you
will get the option you are looking for.

| Q: | How many people can stay in one room? How large are the rooms? |
| A: | We offer numerous conference rooms, ranging from a
capacity of 7 people to 300 people.
|
| Q: | Do I need to pay money upfront? |
| A: | Yes, a deposit of 10% has to be paid, the
rest you can pay at the hotel. Do take a note that some hotels have a policy to
take a part of the balance up front.

| Q: | When is final payment due? |
| A: | As soon as you wish to book we charge 10% of
the total amount from your credit card and the rest of the amount has to be
paid at the hotel or to the hotel.

| Q: | For what amount of time can I book a conference room? |
| A: | That depends on the hotel and the room you
want to book: You can book for a few hours, half a day, the whole day or
for several days.

| Q: | Where are the conference rooms located? |
| A: | Most of them are located in central
London, but we also have conference rooms in zone 2 and 3.

| Q: | What is your cancelation policy? |
| A: | We have a general cancellation policy
of 4 weeks unless agreed otherwise with the hotel/conference room
provider in questions.

| Q: | Which facilities are provided in the conference rooms? |
| A: | The majority of the rooms have airconditioning
and are provided with technical facilities, video-projector, AV-equipments etc.

| Q: | Is there internet access available in the conference rooms? |
| A: | Most of our conference rooms have internet facilities.
|
| Q: | Can foods and drinks be served during the meeting? |
| A: | If you wish we offer tea,coffee,water
and some snacks during the meeting.

| Q: | Can we bring our own food to the conference rooms? |
| A: | You can choose a package where there is lunch included.
|
| Q: | Can I also rent a conference room for a party? |
| A: | Yes, conference rooms can also be rented
for events like celebrations, Christmas parties, private dinners, weddings etc.

| A: | Yes, you can view the room before booking,
just click on the contact link on top of the page and give us a call to
arrange a viewing.

| Q: | Where can I stay while attending an event in one of the conference rooms? |
| A: | Since we have more than 1 500 hotels in London and in Europe we are
able to provide you any kind of accomodation near the conference rooms.

| Q: | How are rooms charged? (per hour/half a day/entire day) |
| A: | It depends on the conference room provider/hotel,
most of the hotels offer a package and you can choose to hire the room for half
a day, a whole day or even several days.

| A: | That depends on the venue where the conference
room is in. But the majority are opened during office hours.
